SiC/SiC Composites by NITE Method
NITE-SiC/SiC composite products are fabricated by international patents based on nano-technology, which is known as NITE method. NITE method stands for Nano Infiltration and Transient Eutectic Phase method, innovative modification of liquid phase sintering method.

NITE-SiC/SiC tubes reach less than 5 % porosity with excellent hermeticity. Outstanding radiation damage tolerance, high temperature stability including corrosion resistance under super high temperature steam environment and super environmental stabilities have been confirmed also by the third party research establishments over the world.
